Author Guide

"Journal of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management (IEEM)" is a Chinese journal in management science, which currently only accepts submissions in Chinese. You can refer to the following submission requirements:

1. Manuscript Scope

The journal publishes original academic papers on management disciplines, which include but are not limited to the following fields: supply chain and logistics management, information technology and electronic business, manufacturing and operation management, technology and innovation management, financial engineering and cooperate finance, strategic management, human resource and organizational management, decision science, behavioral economics, marketing management, project management, etc.

2. Manuscript Format

The manuscript should include the title, author(s) signature and affiliation, postal code, author(s) profile, abstract, keywords, main text, notes, Chinese and English references, as well as the corresponding English title, English author name(s), English author(s) affiliation, English abstract, English keywords, English translations of Chinese references. Manuscripts produced by funding support should also indicate the relevant projects. The length of the manuscript is generally not limited by the word counts. The format of the manuscript follows that of the "Submission Specifications and Format Examples."

3. Exclusive Submission of Manuscript Guaranteed to this Journal

The manuscript submitted to this journal cannot be submitted to other journals simultaneously. The manuscript submitted to this journal cannot be “revised” from other published works (including papers, monographs, etc.).

4. Submission method

This journal uses the online submission system. Authors must register and submit online via the website http://glgcxb.zju.edu.cn. Paper-based and email submissions are not accepted. Contributors must fill in all author information in details via the online submission system and upload the manuscript attachments.
